Stay present, breathe, release

I began my yoga journey in 2010 during my service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali. I quickly fell into a regular practice because of both the mental and physical benefits of yoga. Now, as a lawyer, my yoga practice keeps me calm, centered and focused so that I can advocate my best for my clients. I decided to take teacher training at Drishtiq in 2018 so that I could learn more about this beautiful practice and share my love of yoga with others. In addition to yoga, I love traveling, hiking, cooking, and spending time with my husband and our puppy.
