I am a mom, living with my husband and two kids. My family is my world. After being a stay at home mom for 6 years, I started feeling depressed, that is when i turned to mediation and yoga. Yoga brings me inner peace, it feeds my soul with so much energy and love. With a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, I didn’t want to work in IT, but do something where I could help others. I took Yoga Teacher Training with an intention to help people physically as well as emotionally. Yoga is such an amazing form of therapy that creates a balance and stability in both body and mind. Being able to teach yoga is such a gift and I feel blessed to be able to share it. It gives me an opportunity to make a positive difference in someone’s life.
