Mind-Body Connection = Growth
I have been practicing yoga for about 4 years. I have had an interest in the mind body connection and how good I feel during and after my practice. I am a nurse by profession and wanted to learn more about yoga theory and why a regular practice improves your health and overall well being. I wanted to explore why I love yoga and wanted to share this with others! I can see myself practicing yoga and sharing it for many years to come. I am married and have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. I love to share my love of yoga with them as well!
